INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
I offer personalised, individual psychotherapy sessions to help clients address a wide range of personal challenges. Through a supportive and confidential environment, clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours to achieve personal growth and self-understanding. I incorporate relational, EMDR and internal family systems into my practice.
ADDICTION COUNSELING
Addiction counselling is a particular interest of mine, and I have years of experience working with people in NHS and charity drug and alcohol services. I offer a compassionate approach, and look to address underlying issues as well as coping with cravings.
I practice a neuroscience-informed approach, and am experienced working with neurodiverse people who are addicted to substances, sex and gambling.
EMOTIONAL WELLBEING
When beset by intense emotions such as anger, anxiety, or self-doubt, it can be challenging to navigate daily life. However, by developing an awareness of how we experience emotions, identifying underlying connections, and recognising our emotional habits, we can learn to work with our feelings.
BEREAVEMENT
Bereavement therapy offers compassionate support for individuals coping with loss. In a confidential space, you can explore your feelings and navigate your grieving process. Therapy provides tools to manage emotions, reduce feelings of isolation, and help you adjust to life without your loved one. It is also completely normal for grief to bring up our own mortality - we can bravely, and safely, explore these together.
RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING
Relationships are some of the most rewarding parts of life, but they can also be the hardest to navigate. It is common to struggle with family dynamics, friendships, colleagues and romantic partners.
My goal is to offer a supportive space so you can better understand your relationships, communicate more clearly, and build positive, lasting connections.
END OF LIFE THERAPY
Here, you can take the time you need to process the diagnosis and the complex feelings that come with it, in a space separate from your friends and family.
For some, this stage is a time to focus on leaving things settled. We can work together to help you write messages for loved ones, consider funeral arrangements, or attempt to repair important broken relationships.
This space is dedicated entirely to supporting you through this profound life transition.
TRAUMA THERAPY AND POST-TRAUMATIC GROWTH​
I practice trauma-informed therapy, taking care to ensure work is gentle, honouring your experiences, and is designed to avoid re-traumatising.
When trauma leaves shame, having an accepting and secure relationship in therapy can be incredibly healing. This supportive space helps to ease c/PTSD symptoms and break free from cycles of abuse, allowing you to start living more calmly and peacefully.
We focus on your empowerment, working together to help regain your self-assurance and feel comfortable in your body and home.
